These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and BepaarApp products Bepaar Khata and Dine by Bepaar provided by Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the website at www.bepaarapp.com, registering for an account, or using Bepaar Khata or Dine by Bepaar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. “You” and “your” refer to that entity.

2. About Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the legal company that develops, owns, and operates the BepaarApp brand and its products. Bepaar Khata is our flagship complete business ERP. Dine by Bepaar is our restaurant POS and management platform. Both products are developed and maintained by Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

3. Services

We provide cloud-based business software, related APIs, documentation, support, and marketing websites (collectively, the “Services”). Features, availability, and pricing may change. Specific subscription plans may be governed by additional order forms or service agreements that supplement these Terms.

4. Account registration and security

  • You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it updated
  • You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity under your account
  • You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security breaches
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform integrity
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Services except where permitted by law
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written authorization from Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the website or applications
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
  • Use the Services to store or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates applicable regulations

6. Customer data and privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of business data you submit to Bepaar Khata or Dine by Bepaar. You grant Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a limited license to host, process, and display such data solely to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and ensuring that data you upload complies with applicable laws.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

  • Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout or in an order form
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewal periods
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, logos, documentation, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. BepaarApp, Bepaar Khata, and Dine by Bepaar names, marks, and brand assets may not be used without permission. See our Brand Guidelines for authorized usage.

Feedback you provide may be used by Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. without restriction or compensation.

9. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party payment gateways, messaging providers, or other tools. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for third-party products or services.

10. Availability and support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary downtime. Support levels depend on your subscription plan.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ILMORIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. See our full Disclaimer for additional details.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ILMORIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ILMORIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS A HIGHER LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ilmorix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights through your content or conduct.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of a product. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

16. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
